Add helper notebooks

Charles Daniels requested to merge dschuck/aos_maap_dps:notebooks into main

Added notebooks to help with the following:

  • setting MAAP secrets for Earthdata Login credentials
  • registering the algorithm
  • submitting a job

I also bumped the disk space setting from 20GB to 40GB.
