Call new scripts

Charles Daniels requested to merge dschuck/aos_maap_dps:call-new-scripts into main

Updated run.sh to call David's new scripts instead of his old one, and also set AOS_WORKING_DIR (now supported by the new scripts, once David merges my most recent changes) to the DPS output directory so that the scripts write files to the necessary location.
