Pipeline Additions

Outstanding questions:

  • How to handle SPOT instances being killed, does the MAAP API forward job results from dead JOB IDs?
  • Should we build a new image? We probably have to b/c of MAAP_PGT reasons when talking with API
  • Tess to reflect on what needs to change in boreal runs we need to accommodate these too b/c things are not backward compatible
